Our instructors are among the best in Virginia. Hailing from the professional ranks of baseball, top 25 national college programs and consistent winners on the high school stage our instructors work to design programs to train each athlete individually.
We offer the best training programs that combine a blend of skills training types and methods that fit the athlete’s ability level and goals. LESSONS
Our instructors offer lessons in the primary skills areas, hitting, pitching, and defense as well as targeted programs for specific skills like velocity and power development. Lessons are available in multiple time-blocks to fit the athlete’s needs and budget.

Camps and clinics offer a great way for athletes to take advantage of our professional instructors and facility at an affordable price. Our targeted programs are designed to train athletes in a group setting and will cover general skill sets like hitting and pitching as well as more specific areas like velocity development.
